About who needs care: Patient had multiple strokes. Family needs help with transfers to wheelchairs and trips out of the house. About the care needs: Prior work with bedbound stroke patients a huge plus. Would like someone who engages well with patients. A second caregiver will overlap on most shifts to help with initial transfers. Patient is small - under five feet, about 110 pounds. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
