Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Portage

About who needs care: My mom live in the home and is unable to help change my dad's diapers. My sister and I tag team and we are looking for some extra hands on a regular basis to help offset the load. He had a stroke in January and has some deficits. He fell in January and broke his back and has an open wound and wound vac. He really has been bedridden since. PT/OT comes twice a week, wound care 3x/week, bath aide once. My sister and I do 2-3 diaper changes a day and give meds. We are going to be out of town Friday, August 23rd-Sunday, August 25th and need someone to help once Friday, twice Saturday and once Sunday plus be on call for my mom if she needs something. Looking for more regular thereafter.. My mom is always home, just can't physically do the diaper changes herself. About the care needs: A take charge individual, experience with the work, and taking care of elderly people. Someone friendly and caring. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
