Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Plymouth

Hello, My name is Beth, and I am looking for a part time caregiver for my mother. My mother resides in Plymouth at Independence. I am looking for a caregiver that is available from 5:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The duties would involve taking her outside for walks and fresh air in her wheelchair, going to activities and getting her ready for bed, changing her bed sheets once a week, sometimes laundry if needed in between service and personal care. She has a small studio apartment that would need to be kept clean daily. My mother is 89 y/o. She uses a walker but needs a wheelchair for long walks. She is a very sweet and kind person with "Flight of thoughts", mostly has a hard time staying on topic but knows what's going on around her. Ideally 1/2 hour away for reliability.
