About who needs care: He has congestive heart failure and emphysema. Spends most time in bed watching TV. Weak and uses a 4 wheeled walker. Still at risk of falling. Sleeps until noon-2 p.m. and back to sleep around 3 a.m. About the care needs: They should be patient and easy going. They need to be able to transfer him safely into/out of vehicle and house. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
