Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Novi

My grandmother has pulmonary fibrosis, short-term memory loss, AFib, and is on continuous oxygen. She (93) and my grandfather (92) live on their own. They are very good-natured, friendly, and like short walks. We are looking for someone with a good personality, who is upbeat, and a good listener. Someone who would help with my grandmother's daily activities and care. Ideally, this person would come to feel like a member of the family. This would be 3 to 4 days a week, 7 to 8 hours per day. Services needed include companionship, feeding, and bathing/dressing. Possible light meal prep/housekeeping.
