Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Northville

We need hands-on care overnight (from 10p-6a on Sat and Sun) to take care of my mother (who has Parkinson's Disease) in Northville at her assisted living facility. The perfect person would need to be able to be up frequently at night and listen for my mom to call out for assistance, as we do not want her to fall. Her assistance can be as little as just adjusting her in the bed, rubbing her legs because they are cramping, or more difficult assistance in helping her to the bathroom. She can get up as much as 6x a night or as little as 1x a night. It all depends on her activity and her thoughts before bed. Preferences for a caregiver who is DEPENDABILITY and being on time to work from 10p through 6a on Sat and Sun with the possibility of filling in as needed during the week. Also, would prefer a non-smoker and CPR / first aid trained.
