About who needs care: Memory issues is the biggest condition. Gets winded walking. Likes to go shopping to goodwill and Damascus house, Meijer, etc. Doesn't like driving but doesn't like staying home. On Thursday she has standing hair appointment, then would like help running errands like Meijer or Goodwill. Could also use help with bathing. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
