Hands-on Care Needed For My 80 Year Old Mother With Alzhemier's In Macomb

We need female hands-on care for morning care of my mother. She lives with me (her son), my wife and our 3 sons (22-17 YO). It is a busy house and we are struggling to meet her needs consistently. Important - Administering medication is required. Medications will be set-up in medication dispenser by family. She needs guidance through her morning, including; coffee, medications, breakfast, shower, dressing, and a walk around the block, weather permitting. At this point, she only needs to be reminded to shower but likely to progress to needing more assistance as her disease progresses. She is Italian and speaks broken English. Speaking Italian is not required. She is a sweet and happy lady. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
