Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Lakeside

I am looking for somebody to provide some assistantance for my elderly father. They are hoping to find somebody who could potentially come in twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Neither of them have the strength/dexterity to do it themselves, and they were hoping to find a qualified professional with experience in that area who could help out and allow them to continue living a relatively independent life at home. Obviously the hours are fairly non-traditional (probably just from 8-9 a.m. and then 6-7pm- although these hours are fairly flexible), but they'd be willing to pay generously to offset any inconvenience that comes with those hours.
