The assistance, at this time, is centered around am and pm external Cathering, and Dressing challenges related to Cather logistics.
The thought is that at this point the ideal candidate could maintain a separate full- time work schedule by assisting in these needs early morning 6-8 a.m. And then again 7-8 p.m.
Two family members are at home throughout the day and actively involved in his daily care. No HOUSEKEEPING OR MEAL PREP involved.
About the care needs: The ideal candidate is Someone who understands and respects the huge adjustments that come with his needs. He is quick to engage, but in these early days following this medical event, he is struggling with some memory loss and appreciates patience as he adjusts to his new situation. He has a happy engaging disposition, great sense of humor, and the family dynamics is upbeat, fun, understanding, supportive and highly encouraging of independence.
He is an Army veteran, West Point Graduate, severing in Vietnam. A Harvard Business graduate, he had a 35 year career in Commerical Real Estate heading one of the most successful commerical Development Companies in the country.
