Transportation To/from Doctor's Appointments & Occasional Errands Needed For My Mother In Lake Orion

My mother recently stopped driving and family members have been providing transportation. She is looking for some additional support for appointments and errands. Most appointments are in northern Oakland and Macomb counties. Dementia and Alzheimer's are impacting her short-term memory.
