We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide hands-on care for our mother in her 80s. . If you are willing, part of your responsibilities will transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Expectations are: Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation, medication checking/reminders, light housework, including laundry, meal preparation, and grocery list making. Preferences are a person with experience working with elders with memory impairment. A caregiver who is comfortable with pets, a non-smoker, CPR / First Aid certified, with strong communication skills for updating family and addressing concerns. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an elderly person's life. We're looking for someone to provide her companionship, a listening ear, and lots of patience!
