Meal Prep (non-dairy, Eggs/fish Ok) For My Father Located In Hope

I am looking for an experienced cook to work up to 10 hrs a week to prepare mostly vegetarian, non-dairy foods for my Dad so that all he has to do is heat them up in a microwave. He is 92 and has alpha gal syndrome so he cannot eat most meats and no dairy. He can eat eggs, chicken, and fish but if breaded, has to be careful the breading does not have milk. He has dentures that we are trying to get fitted properly so he can eat better. I am visiting my father for a few weeks to cook for him to help get him to gain some weight as he is 119 lbs. with little body fat. He is hard of hearing but has a cochlear implant so can hear if you talk slowly. He has been vaccinated for both COVID and the flu (vax rec'd earlier this month at Meijers). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
