Care For My Grandmother In Grand Rapids

My granny is 91 years old and starting to slow down. She insistent on maintaining her independence and still showers, dresses and feeds her else on her own but it's coming clear that additional assistance is needed. She's not blind but her vision is diminishing. She's still full of life, enjoys deep conversations and has a genuine care of people and positive outlook on life. Hoping to find someone that can provide some consistent care/companionship - timing is flexible so please ignore the 7 days a week request.
