Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Grand Rapids

About who needs care: Currently live in an assisted living community. Need help from approximately 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dementia is making her agitated and scared during these hours. Once she is asleep she is fine. Has nursing care and family visits during the day. About the care needs: A calming influence is needed. She no longer retains much information so repeats the same conversations often. She needs the same person to care for her each evening or she gets very confused and scared. She no longer has hobbies, however she would enjoy someone reading to her or walking in the hallway with her. She loves hot tea and snacks. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
