No ability to transfer self Must be fed as lost use of right hand recently due to flare up Suprapubic catheter bag needs to be emptied 2-3x/day and Cather flushed 1x/day Shower 3x/week. About the care needs: Friendly and caring Strong enough to transfer from chair to bed/commode etc. Drive to some appointments I am having urgent hip replacement in 1 week so we need to find reliable assistance for her Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
