About who needs care: She has dementia, is incontinent, and cannot transfer on her own (a lift will be available). About the care needs: They need to be able to assist her in toileting, personal hygiene, and transferring to/from bed/wheelchair/toilet. There will be family living in the house as well, so she does need companionship. Most meals will be made by and eaten her family. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
