About who needs care: My grandmother has dementia and is no longer able to get up from the couch without help (has been falling) and we are trying to get her a nursing home placement but need 24 hour care until we can do that. About the care needs: A woman would be preferred. She will need help with all ADLs and already has a small pressure ulcer
