About who needs care: He had a stroke and is paralyzed on his left side. He cannot walk and is in a wheel chair. He needs help with putting away groceries, cooking some meals, light housekeeping, etc. He does have certain appointments that he need to be taken do such as doctors and other appointments but those dont happen super often. Its more like once every couple of months About the care needs: He is older and more stubborn so someone who is persistent and can really help him see that that car would be ideal.
