Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Decatur

About who needs care: Mom has broken upper femur and cannot bear weight on the left leg until bone healed. In wheelchair and working with walker as well in rehab. We/She want her to be in her home, but she cannot be there alone right now. She is in her right mind... some forgetfulness. Before 1/7/25 when she broke leg, she lived alone, drove some and only used can when outside, not indoors. Her mobility is now limited. Likes to read, cook, bake, shop. About the care needs: Mom is very down to earth. Lives on family farm in Decatur, MI. She is a bit stubborn, especially regarding therapy... OT, PT. She likes to be busy and very independent. Does not like to ask for help. NO special skills needed. She likes to read, cook, bake. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
