Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Clinton Township

About who needs care: she went back to Parkdale independent living; she was going to dining room on her own, etc. until she got pneumonia 3 weeks ago, was in hospital for 2 weeks then to rehab (which did nothing) now she is back home and we are trying to manage her on our own; hoping she will get stronger and better; but she is on oxygen since she came home, that makes mobility difficult. She can walk on her own (right now with walker and preferably assistance) but we cannot be there 24/7. we are trying to assess her ourselves to see if she needs to be in a nursing home (we hope not) and home nursing will be coming out to assess her too and not sure what they will do/cover. just wanting to put this out there on file in case??? thank you About the care needs: light assistance but she cannot get to dining room on her own right now; etc. She has a wheelchair, walker and on oxygen right now. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
