Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Clawson

About who needs care: Had a fall in September. Difficulty recovering from complications from that. Recently discharged from inpatient rehab. Currently using walker. Lives with 88 y. o. wife who had hip replacement sx 07/24. She is independent But cannot fully care for him. He needs shower assistance and some help ambulating. Ideally, looking for someone to help get him going in the morning, shower 1-2x/week, make sure he's taking his meds, encourage walking and PT/OT exercises. Previous to fall, was mall walker and very social. About the care needs: Should be outgoing and able to joke around with him. He resists PT/OT activities when initiated by family but is more responsive to professionals. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
