Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother

About who needs care: My mother and had a 4 month set back for medical issues. She is 83 and always been independent and wants to continue to be as long as she can be. She needs more help and my brother and I live about 2 hours away. Interested in understanding this service, if you cover her areas, if insurance or government covers any of this and what her monthly costs would be. Seems like a great service. Like mind stimulating games. Slow morning. Doctors, pharmacists and food shopping 1 time a week average. Sit outside some in summer. Chatting with a nice person. About the care needs: Female ideally. Kind and interested and willing to help with being there while freshening up, help with light tasks and chat about current world stuff. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
