Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father In Brooklyn

I'm looking for live-in home care for my father in his 80s. Assistance with medication is needed. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. (I do have someone to let them out). We will have a meal ready for him and he just needs help with mobility - transfer from wheelchair to toilet, bed, chair, etc. He is incontinent and would require help to put pull up diaper on. He has dementia and Parkinson's but is very alert still. Goes to sleep around 8-9. Coffee and pastries in the AM. I also have other dates: February 22, May 1-3rd and July 17-21 that we could use a caregiver as well Not a very difficult person, would just like to keep him home in a familiar setting.
