Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Bloomfield Hills

About who needs care: My father has dementia, balance issues and neuropathy in his feet. He is mostly easy going and pleasant. He needs a walker or assistance to move around. My mother (his wife) will be home but can no longer change or shower him in the mornings. We need help getting him ready in the morning including giving meds (pills) which you have to instruct him each time. About the care needs: Lots of patience, you will be explaining things over and over and answering the same questions dozens of times. He is not violent or mean and tries to have a sense of humor. Showering is a challenge, he never wants to and the water temp has to be perfect (on the cool side) Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
