About the job
We need companion care for our loved one . Duties include providing companionship, guidance and social interaction. My sister and I share a care of our older brother who is mentally handicapped, fully mobile. We are seeking a companion several days a week between the hours of 5-8 p.m. to involve him in activities, prepare dinner, oversee medication, prompt showering and engage with various activities. Our concept is someone who has a love for helping people with special needs, perhaps someone with a special education background, former teacher, a tutor that can help him develop life skills, involve him in puzzles, crafts, making a simple recipe, playing games and taking him on simple outings. Preference for non-smoker. We are flexible on days of the week and hours.
