Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Ann Arbor

About who needs care: She has Pancreatic Cancer and Diabetes. She is very weak and so needs help getting food, moving around, and keeping track of her medication and insulin About the care needs: My grandma is really independent and likes being by herself (or with immediate family) so I don't think it needs to be someone who is very social. Just if they're able to help with medication and food that would be great. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
