Assistance For Mother In Ann Arbor With Cognitive And Physical Impairments

I am looking for care for my completely blind 60-year-old mother. She needs help with her daily living activities, including walking to the bathroom, showering, and preparing food. She is generally unbalanced, but can walk by herself when following a wall. However, she often has muscle jerks or rough days requiring someone to prevent her from collapsing while walking to and from rooms. (She is 4ft 10 in and 116 pounds). Additionally, she is experiencing dementia, and can get confused easily. Most of the time she is able to follow her routine, and knows exactly what comes next on a given day. However, she's been experiencing "confusion episodes" recently, where she is sometimes unaware of where she is and very anxious/depressed. I am interested in hiring multiple candidate to fill shifts with my mom. Ideally, min. 20 hours a week.
