About who needs care: heart failure, back pain, uses walker, enjoys walking in mall and outside in good weather, enjoys cooking but needs support, enjoys grocery shopping but needs support, uses computer, takes classes, enjoys visitors, gets up around 8am, eats oatmeal every morning, goes for a walk, strict about low salt diet, takes an afternoont nap, watches TV, reads, goes to PT twice a week, does her exercises with a band, enjoys her nighttime shower, goes to bed 10-11, gets up 1-2 times during the night to pee About the care needs: Good listener, sense of humor, able to make her laugh, able to cook and think creatively about food, able to convince her to take tylenol or ibuprofen when she has joint pain, able to keep a watchful eye on her to prevent falls, able to tell when she needs alone time Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
