I need a companion care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my husband in his 70s. Important - Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Need "low key" personality who can judge when to let him have quiet time to read, listen to music and when to suggest a walk other activity. Would need assistance with meal prep, medication reminders. He likes to help- fold laundry, bring in mail. Likes some discussion of books but gets overwhelmed with too much interaction. Likes smooth jazz on radio. Likes walks in neighborhood. Is physcially fit (plays some tennis, swims).
