About who needs care: Mobility issues; right now cannot walk. Can stand briefly with great effort. This may or may not improve. Type 1 diabetic; manages her own insulin but needs food or drink if blood sugars get low. Needs help to bathroom or bedside commode. Bath/shower assistance would be wonderful. Interests: many! Good sense I of humor, loves to chat, movie & book lover; strong Christian beliefs, loves all dogs including ours. Very cheerful (except when in pain of course). About the care needs: Cheerful, proactively helpful, listens well, reasonably good health. Experience helping people with diabetes and mobility for heavy patients. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
