About who needs care: Is there any under line conditions well I believe macchiato mud doesn't give a detail assessment unless u do have under line conditions but any ways I got out of by hospital not long ago I had 2 toes amputated and they did a pretty major surgery on the bottom of same V foot taken out all the excess contaminated meat and bone so I am no weight bearing Im am in a wheelchair and me and my doctor are right in the middle of getting me a mobility scooter and I just so happens I got my Maximus assessment right in front of me my care givers jobs no for me are help with any skin problems hell with any health related activities hell with personnel care I needs help with bathing help with dressing help me get to one place to another such as. Chair to bed bed to chair help with eating help with toilet use help with moving one place to another help making meals and help with some or all of the following help with Dustin washing dishes making the bed help with laundry help with grocery shopping help with house work About the care needs: Got to be out going have a sense n of b humor cause b let s b talk about the elephant in this situation ur gonna see b some parts of b me n that I dont even want to see I hope u dont personally scared but I gotta have b hell doing it its hard for me to comes to terms with so if we can get a laugh or 2 out of it it would break up the mood no specialized skills I that no I can think of all that will fall on my nurse that will come 3 days a week 4 hours a week any hobbies or interest I never actually thought about it Im stuck in the house everyday except for I doctor apps so yeah when u start we can figure that out together I will tell u Im a fan of cribbage and dominoes Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
