About who needs care: 92 Years old. He is a bit unsteady on his feet. Needs meals, cleaning, grocery shopping. Need someone to come in 3 days per week, prepare 2 meals per day, plus some extra meals for days there are no caregivers. He is 100% cognizant, hears & sees well. History of family longevity, his Mom lived to be 106. There is a possibility of longer hours and more days, as we have already increased those during this year. About the care needs: Would like a woman who is cheery, but respectful. Who understands about his need for privacy. He does not want to lose his autonomy, however he has always been taken care of by his wife (who has just passed away), so he doesn't do much for himself.
