Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Cape Elizabeth

About who needs care: My mother is a very strong-willed woman who has been independent, without a partner all my life. She has one daughter, myself. She has Dementia but is still very physically capable. She shouldn't be driving, and repeats the places she goes, daily. She does still work but she is no longer seeing clients and doesn't visit her office often at all, but refuses to retire. My wish for her is that she'd retire and enjoy this last chapter of her life to it's fullest. I wish she had hobbies like she used to and would be more social. She is very lonely and needs companionship, but she also needs to be monitored, as well as the house. About the care needs: I'm looking for someone strong but able to deliver a message in a kind way. Her Dementia has made her more snappy and it's hard for many people to not take it personally. She's easily distracted and doesn't complete tasks in the house, so someone who is organized and can help her stay on track is really important. I'm also looking for someone to help make sure the fridge is cleaned out and her medications are current and updated. She needs some form of a routine because she goes to the grocery store everyday, for example. I'm looking for someone that is loving and can engage in conversation with her because she loves to chat! She needs someone patient and understanding, and I need someone I can trust. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
