About who needs care: My mom is 90, enjoys knitting, music, and going to the Brunswick Diner. She is a kind lady who has lived in New England all her life. She has some short term memory issues and a bad back. She needs some social stimulation and likely some check ins to remind her to drink more water, eat more, etc. I thinking coming by to check in and be social, maybe run to the grocery store and put together a simple meal would be great . About the care needs: Some one who is kind and gentle. Interesting and will ask questions about her life, might like to learn about knitting or is interested in crafting together and chatting. My mom enjoys mellow and laid back personalities. She can shower on her own but is not always good about remembering to drink water and eat a second meal. If they can drive, thats great! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
