About who needs care: Father is 89 and still cognitively sharp. Lives in a rural area. Has decreasing leg strength, and if he falls has difficulty getting back up again. He still drives but this likely can not continue much longer. About the care needs: My father is a smart man - graduated from MIT in the 1950s. He is still surprisingly sharp and conversant on many topics. He is very kind but can also be short-tempered. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
