Must have own transportation, proof of driving record, be responsible for transporting to/from Dialysis (x2/wk) Dr appts, occasional errands, etc, (as a back up driver when needed) and be able to tolerate cigarette smoking. A routine day will begin ADL's, eat breakfast, toileting as needed, stimulate socializing & hobbies, eat lunch/ snacks or take to appts if needed and engage in physical/exercise Watch tv & play cards Experience with Seniors who have early onset Dementia, CNA/LPN training preferred or have 2+ yrs of experience working with Seniors with early onset Dementia, CPR/First Aid certified, COVID Vaccinated, some lifting (100lbs) Should be able to tolerate cigarette smoking. Must be reliable, punctual, kind & patient. Residential parking is available and must have own transportation. No pets
