Seeking hands-on care & personal assistance in Takoma Park, Maryland for myself in my late 60s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping, laundry, organizing, & downsizing. Help is also needed to wash hair & bathe, and also to prepare certain foods & meals. We might ask you to run errands & take to doctor's appointments now and then. Caregiver must be self-employed, a US citizen, English-speaking, available in late afternoons, & a non-smoker -- with excellent recent work references. Able to pay $18-20/hr.
