Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Silver Spring

I need a companion care provider experience for my mother in her 70s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required (mostly filling med case weekly and prompting to take meds). Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. She can bathe herself. Will just need to be on hand if she has an issue. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. She is just starting to have short term memory issues. May be related to not taking meds on schedule.
