Seeking Senior Care Provider In Silver Spring

I need senior care for my mother (86 yrs old) for the week after she is home from a hip replacement surgery. My 86 yr old father will be there to help as well: Both are cognitively intact and live independently. Looking for provider with experience. Our care concerns are help during post-operative period : Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active (with any physical therapy exercises) , possibly help with Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation. Additional responsibilities include help with meal preparation.
