Seeking companion care near Silver Spring for my loved one who is 80, and who needs to get out and about. She has moderate dementia. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. This former educator and women's basketball coach has been a lifetime independent leader who now primarily needs opportunities to socialize, including activities involving both movement, like walks&talks, shopping, and social dancing. Duties may include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker or at least does not smoke while working with client.
