Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Silver Spring

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Dad is mostly independent but has mild Alzheimer's. He is still able to drive and go out by himself but will need reminders to take his medicine. He doesn't always prepare the most nutritious meals for himself so would need some help preparing food. He can be resistant to receiving help. Dad is originally from Trinidad and a former professor. He isn't the most social, but he enjoys joking around and laughing. Son and DIL live in the area and will be a part of the support team but will not be able to visit daily. They will help with some meal prep and will visit multiple times a week
