Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Silver Spring

Hi, I'm looking for a senior care provider who can help take care of my 95-year-old grandmother. She uses a walker, has trouble hearing in her left ear, is somewhat mobile, but is a very loving and caring person. Our concerns are: overseeing her Medication, Light Housekeeping, warming up her meals (which I would already have made) or making a light meal for her, and Companionship. Main things are watching her so she doesn't fall and so she doesn't try to bend over or do things that could injure her back or legs. Some light tidying up is involved. She can feed herself though I would need someone to warm up her water for her to bathe if I go to work in the office. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. She speaks Gujarati and Hindi, with a little English. I'm open to hiring someone who doesn't speak Gujarati.
