Help needed for my mother in her 70s - seeking part-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Some light tidying up is involved. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation (breakfast and lunch). Duties include providing companionship and social interaction as well as helping with daily exercises as given by physical therapist. You may be responsible for transporting to/from appointments but this is likely to be rare at first and might expand to out-patient physical therapy with time.
