She is difficult and can be really offensive. She still drives, but its a matter of time before someone gets hurt. About the care needs: She needs someone to talk to, make something for her dinner, maybe run the vacuum. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
