Seeking Part-time Senior Companion Care - Hoyer Lift Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate individual to assist my mother's CNA with Hoyer lift transfers and wheelchair stairlift assistance, as these devices require at least 2 people for safe operation. You'll also help set her up for her exercise routine and provide encouragement. No prior experience with Hoyer lifts, stairlifts, or exercise equipment is necessary; we will provide training. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with Hoyer and stairlift transfers (requires 2 people for safety). ** Must be comfortable lifting the back of the Hoyer sling while supporting my mother's weight for proper wheelchair placement. - Help set up exercise equipment and supervise light exercise routines. - Offer companionship, encouragement, and engaging conversation.
