Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandfather In Reisterstown

I'm looking for hands-on care for my grandfather in his 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some help is needed with bathing. We're looking for some help making sure he eats lunch, nothing fancy just a sandwich or something similar. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a non-smoker caregiver, comfortable with pets, there are 4 dogs on premises. My aunt and uncle live there as well, but both work. We'd also prefer someone trained in CPR / first aid.
