I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We might ask you to run errands now and then. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. I sprained my right knee yesterday and need help coping. I am normally physically and mentally intellectually healthy. I work out at least twice a week at the local health club and I'm writing my memoir now.
