Live-in Home Care Needed For My Parents In Potomac

We are seeking live-in home care to join a busy Potomac household that includes my parents, who live upstairs in our home in Potomac. We have agency caregivers at night and during weekends. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.), companionship, and housekeeping. My father has mobility issues is a fall risk, so he needs a "spotter" when he walks to the bathroom. But he is friendly and kind. My mother is social but experiences back pain which slows her down some. We have a separate living area and private bedroom with a private entrance on the lower level.
