About who needs care: He is not driving, he's in early - mid stages dementia and is currently living alone. He is still able to get to the bathroom when needed and prep his meals, and takes his meds with reminders from us. He has a urostomy which makes his care more challenging and he is starting to "fiddle" with it, and causing it to leak constantly. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
